Presence and assistance of a third party neutral and impartial (facilitator) who guides and helps groups to enhance their efficiency to work together, to take decisions, to resolve tensions and complex situations. The facilitator plays a dynamic role and is engaged in the design and conduct of the facilitation process, but has no decision-making power regarding the outcome.
